Skilled Nursing

Includes evaluation of clients needs, performance of skilled nursing procedures, education of client, family members and caregivers on disease processes, self-care techniques and prevention strategies, and coordination of client care and services with your physician and other health care team members. Is provided by an RN or LPN with training and experience in providing care in the home.

Physical Therapy

Assesses and treats motor function limitations, instructs client's in assistive and exercise programs.

Occupational Therapy

Assesses and instructs clients with impaired functions in ways to assist in performing activities of daily living and with adaptive equipment.

Speech Therapy

Evaluates and treats speech, communication swallowing disorders.

Home Health Aide

An aide is assigned when there is a specific need for personal care on a part-time basis at home. Typical duties include bathing, shampooing hair, changing bed linens and assistance with other activities of daily living. Our aides have experience and training in providing care in the home and are supervised by a registered nurse.
